General Data Protection Regulation

Declaration regarding information obligation

(data protection declaration)

The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the German statutory regulations (GDPR and the Telecommunications Act TKG 2003). In this data protection information sheet we are informing you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

Contacting us

When you contact us by using the form on our website or by e-mail, your personal details are only saved by us for six months exclusively for the purpose of processing your inquiry and any possibly resulting questions. We will not forward your data without your explicit permission.

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.

We use cookies to enable us to make our offer as user-friendly as possible. Some cookies remain on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser upon your next visit.

If this is not desired, you can set up your browser in such a way that it informs you when cookies are to be set, this enabling you to decide on this in each individual case.

The functionality of our website may be restricted if cookies are deactivated.

Web analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. Cookies are used for this purpose, thus enabling the analysis of the use of our website by its visitors. The information generated is then transferred to the provider's server, where it is then stored.

You can prevent this by setting up your browser such that no cookies are saved.

We have concluded such an agreement with the provider for contract data processing.

Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymised (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This prevents anything beyond a rough localisation.

Data processing takes place based on the statutory requirements of § 96 par. 3 TKG and Art 6 par. 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (justified interest) of GDPR.

Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (justified interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web appearance. The user details are pseudonymised as the privacy of our users is important to us.

You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. In this case we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you consent to receiving the newsletter.

You can cancel the newsletter subscription at any time. Please send the cancellation of your subscription to the following e-mail address: We will then immediately delete your data in conjunction with sending the newsletter.

Your rights

You generally have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you have any reason to suspect that the processing of your data violates the data protection law or in any other way breaches your data protection rights, you may file a complaint with the supervisory authorities. In Austria this is the Data Protection Authority.
