Discover our Solaris reference

The new Solaris residential building is located on the shores of Lake Zurich, between the busy Seestrasse and the railway embankment. However, despite its name, it is not immediately obvious that this building is a Zero Energy Building.

However, the entire envelope, facades and roofs are equipped with photovoltaic modules which, thanks to their aubergine colour and structured front glass, are completely invisible as desired by the architecture firm huggenbergerfries.

Our photovoltaic system covers up the reduced consumption thanks to a high-performance thermal envelope and optimised thanks to a battery, an electric vehicle charging station and an advanced home automation system.
