The wait is finally over! As general building approval and general type approval are becoming mandatory requirements for an increasing number of projects in Germany, we are proud to finally be able to officially present this certificate following a one-year assessment phase, including the approval process. Our photovoltaic modules have been used regularly for over 20 years in a wide variety of installation configurations for all kinds of public and private buildings. Compliance with structural and safety-related requirements has always been a matter of course for us. We are all the more delighted that these long-standing practical trials have now been officially confirmed by the German Institute for Building Technology!

Are you already looking forward to enjoying the bright sunshine at the outdoor pool this summer? At Aachen’s outdoor pool, you’ll soon be able to do that under the roof too! Our semi-transparent PV modules have recently been installed here to allow natural sunlight to flood into the covered area. With a total output of 92.8 kWp, 363 modules (including dummy modules!) generate electricity from solar energy. Thank you to ALUART Systemhaus for the excellent cooperation!
